A Quick Intro
Thank you for choosing JKL Solutions! These terms are here to help you understand how things work when you order from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

How to Order
Ordering is easy! You can shop anytime at www.jklsolutions.co.uk or call us on 0844 940 9410 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. We’ll do our best to process your order the same day, but if you order after 5pm or on a weekend, we’ll process it the next working day.

Delivery Info
We aim for (but do not guarantee) next working day delivery, though big items like furniture, made-to-order items and specialty products may take longer. We will give you an indication of the delivery time frame when accepting your order.
Deliveries happen Monday to Friday, usually between 8am and 6pm. An order placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We can’t give exact delivery times, but morning delivery might be possible for an extra charge. Delivery is free to mainland UK (unless we advise otherwise), but the Highlands and Islands may be subject to extended delivery times and additional costs.
We work with a variety of trusted couriers — whether it's a parcel courier, pallet network, or contract delivery service. Delivery confirmation may include a signature, photo, or GPS record. If you’re not in, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour if they accept it.

Paying for Your Order
If you don’t have a JKL Solutions credit account, just pay when placing your order.
For credit account customers: Late payments may incur charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. First-time orders on credit require a prior check.
If you’re paying by credit card and shipping to a different address, we may need to verify your details before dispatch.
Prices might change due to supplier costs — we’ll always inform you before confirming the order.

Need to Return Something?
Contact Customer Services within 5 working days. Big items like furniture may have a restocking fee of up to 25% if returned due to change of mind.

Missing or Damaged Items
If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours on 0844 940 9410. We’ll investigate and either send a replacement or issue credit.
Claims outside that window may not be accepted.

Items You Can’t Return
Special orders, personalised items, perishables, and certain product categories (like catering or janitorial) can’t be returned once ordered.
These items will be marked as non-returnable. If unsure, check with our Customer Care team before ordering.
Always double-check your specs before confirming your order. Delays may occasionally occur due to events outside our control.

Bespoke and Personalised Items
JKL Solutions offer a variety of bespoke and personalised products from branded workwear to promotional and paper print. All bespoke items are quoted subject to artwork being supplied. Artwork may be able to be created or edited at a cost. Ask your JKL Account Manager or Customer Care about this when placing your order.
All bespoke orders will require proof approval prior to production, whether it is a first order or a repeat. This is your opportunity to check artwork, layout, spelling, grammar and colour. All colours of any products, logos or images shown on the website and digital proofs is for visual reference purposes only, and as all computer monitors render colours differently then we do not accept any liability for colour shades being different than shown on your screen.
Following proof approval no amendments can be made and no claims or returns can be made with respect to design.

Product Warranties
Most items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Note: Using an electric screwdriver to assemble chairs voids the warranty.

Credit Accounts
Credit accounts are available to our business customers following a successful credit check. Credit terms are strict 30 days end of month. All goods and services remain the property of JKL Solutions until paid for in full and JKL Solutions reserves the right to withhold goods and services in the event of a breach of credit terms.
Non payment of invoices within credit terms may result in legal action. JKL will work with you to resolve any invoice queries in a timey manner. Please contact our Credit Control department if you have any queries regarding invoices or payment.

Our Responsibility
We follow legal obligations but cannot cover indirect losses (e.g., missed income). Consumer rights still apply where applicable.

A Few Final Bits
Delays due to external factors may occur. We reserve the right to split deliveries.
This agreement forms the complete understanding between us. Changes must be in writing and signed.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.
