A Leading Automotive Group has several depots across the UK. The scope was to look at every aspect of the operational side of the company to streamline processes and reduce costs on printed products used.
The challenge
The Automotove groups centralised purchasing department wanted control over operational print spend across the group, with a focus on improving brand control and quality, whilst reducing their print spend.
How we achieved it
We worked closely with our customer’s procurement and marketing teams, and from those discussions, we devised and delivered a fully managed print services contract that offered next day delivery on mission critical items as well as providing cost savings across the range of products.
Results and benefits delivered
Stock lines and levels were identified and put in place, fixing costs for the life of the agreement, achieving print cost savings of approximately 15% over their previous contract whilst also providing an efficient and streamlined online ordering process for both mission critical and bespoke items. The stcking and online ordering process and met all customer expectations and they were delighted with the improved service and cost savings.
